If the size isn't right or you've simply changed your mind, that's no problem. Below you'll find your legal rights and the process we follow.
Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Simply tell us within that period by emailing info@manipets.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Condition of the item
Hygiene matters with pet clothing. The item may have been tried on, but anything you return must be unwashed, unused and free of pet hair and odour, with its label and packaging. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the fit.
Refunds
We refund you, using the payment method you paid with, within 14 days of receiving the item back or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. How long the refund takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Return postage
We will confirm the return arrangements, including the cost of return postage, in writing when you tell us you would like to cancel.
Size exchanges
Exchanges are a convenience we offer in addition to your right to cancel. Email info@manipets.com to request a size exchange; we send the new size subject to availability.
Faulty items
If there is a fault in the stitching, the fastenings or the fabric, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including the right to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Write to us with a photo; we cover the postage.
Exceptions to the right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply in the cases listed in the Regulations — for example, items made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and items sealed for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed. Our made-to-measure items fall within this exception, and this is stated clearly on the product page.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you can get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice.
