These terms apply to orders you place through the Manipets website. They are made in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The version you accept at checkout before placing your order is the one that applies.
1. Parties

BUYER: the consumer identified by the name, address and contact details given on the order form.
2. Subject
The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of the product that the BUYER orders electronically through the website, whose characteristics and sale price are set out in the order summary.
3. The product
The type, quantity, brand and model, colour and size of the product, the total price including any applicable taxes, the delivery charge and the payment method are shown on the order confirmation screen and in the order confirmation email. This information forms an integral part of the contract.
4. General terms
- The BUYER confirms that, before ordering, they have read the information on the product's main characteristics, the sale price, the payment method and delivery, and that they have given the required confirmation electronically.
- The product is delivered by courier to the address given by the BUYER within the period stated at checkout, and in any event within 30 days of the order being confirmed.
- If the product is out of stock or cannot be delivered for reasons beyond our control, the SELLER informs the BUYER and refunds the amount paid within 14 days.
5. Right to cancel
The BUYER has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty. Notice of cancellation is sent to info@manipets.com. For details and exceptions, see our Cancellations & Returns page.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your home nation and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
8. Entry into force
The contract comes into force when the BUYER accepts these terms electronically at checkout.
