Purposes
Entering into and performing the contract of sale; delivery; issuing invoices and meeting statutory record-keeping obligations; handling returns, exchanges and cancellations; customer support; the security of the shop and of transactions; and, where you have consented, sending marketing messages.

- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — orders and delivery.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — invoicing, tax and consumer law.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security, fraud prevention, improving the service.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — marketing messages and non-essential cookies.
How we collect it
Data is collected electronically through the forms you fill in on the website, the account and checkout steps, email correspondence and cookies.
Sharing and transfers
Data may be shared, only as far as the purpose requires, with our e-commerce platform provider, delivery companies, our payment provider, our accounting provider and competent public authorities. Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we follow the transfer requirements of UK data protection law.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed about how your data is used; to access your data; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data erased; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; to withdraw your consent at any time; and rights in relation to automated decision-making.
