FAQ
About Sedef
Which size should I choose?
According to the manufacturer, size S (40 × 18 × 25 cm) suits cats and dogs up to about 4.5 kg and size M (45 × 20 × 27 cm) up to about 7.5 kg. Compare your dog's back length with the interior length; if in doubt, choose M.
Is it safe?
Never leave your dog unattended in the carrier, and get them used to it in short sessions at first. If the carrier has a safety tether, clip it to a harness, not a collar.
How is it cleaned?
Care instructions are in the Fabric & care section of the product details.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
For online orders you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. See the Returns & Exchanges page for the conditions.
