FAQ
About Pamuk
What weight does it carry?
The manufacturer has not stated a weight limit; it measures 49 × 25 × 15 cm. The sling is for toy breeds and cats; we will update this after sample testing.
How long can my dog be carried?
The carrier is meant for short trips and breaks during a walk. Keep the first tries short and at home; if your dog shows discomfort, take them out.
Is it safe?
Never leave your dog unattended in the carrier, and get them used to it in short sessions at first. If the carrier has a safety tether, clip it to a harness, not a collar.
How is it cleaned?
Care instructions are in the Fabric & care section of the product details.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
For online orders you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. See the Returns & Exchanges page for the conditions.
